This program focuses on foundational leadership skills, overcoming early career challenges, and building a strong professional presence. By providing targeted support and practical tools, the EWL program aims to empower women to navigate their roles effectively and prepare well in advance, for future leadership opportunities.
We believe leadership is not a band-aid approach. There is no quick fix! We have to start from a juncture, where it matters the most. Early career women!
