Multiple job switches, entrepreneurial ventures, one human baby later at 40, I realized all I was doing, exploring and yearning for was still a blur. It was this very state of chaos that led me to re-discover myself. My rendezvous with coaching, spirituality and Buddhism opened a whole new dimension of ‘being’ for me. It enabled me to feel, act and think uninhibited, opening to the quest of taking risks and building on my ability to live with ambiguity. All of this led to the birth of PowerPivot, a body of work that I carved out for myself to work with and for the causes I truly believe in.
As an ICF certified Life and Leadership Coach (ACC) from Coach for Life, USA, a Neuro-Linguistic Programming Practitioner, dabbling with work on talent assessment and leadership development over the last nearly two decades now, I have had the good fortune to have worked with employers such as LinkedIn, Accenture and Aon. I work closely with a wide spectrum of clients (individuals and organizations), across life-stages and transition phases, helping them with their transformation journeys.
